Bulldogs Featured on ESPN
Artesia has twice been featured on an ESPN Telecast. The Bulldogs first appearance came on Sept 10, 2004, when cut-in highlights of the Bulldogs 30-13 victory at Rio Rancho were broadcast nationally during a college football telecast.
The second appearance came on Oct 19, 2007 when the Artesia Bulldogs hosted the Clovis Wildcats in Bulldog Bowl for an entire game broadcast on ESPNU. The Bulldogs took one on the chin that night losing in the final minutes 31-35, but showed the world the pride Artesia takes in Bulldog Football.
